The strength of your action depends on the positions of your action cards, the whims of 3 deities that affect all players, your character abilities, bonus from upgrades and encounters, and the resources you spend.
On each of the 7-9 rounds, you choose 3 actions among:
- Sail: Steer your ships through capricious winds and tumultuous storms.
- Trade: Exchange cherished porcelain for wonders of native treasures at 15 ports.
- Diplomacy: Shape affiliations of kingdoms, forging tributary bonds with Ming China.
- Combat and Construction: Command troops, and build structures to facilitate future endeavors.
- Explore: Embark on quests, unlocking secrets of diverse civilizations.
- Scout: Keep an eye out for potential dangers and opportunities.

The Designer
Leonard T is the creative force behind the company.
He has a lifelong passion for board game design, highlighted by his work on Multi-Man Publishing's "War of the Suns" in 2013.
Inspired by Euro games' diverse mechanics and peaceful nature, he committed himself to creating games that transcend the narratives of conflict, and to honor the often underrepresented Asian cultures.
Outside of gaming, he pursues a career as a music composer and finds solace in the beauty of nature.
The Art Director
Laila C organizes the daily ins and out of Little Monks. She is dedicated to upholding the essence of Little Monks Logistics and universe. Promoting and marketing the products. And often finds simple joys and humor in everyday life!
